| 摘 要： | 通过动物实验进行优化复方CK的药效学研究。取雄性wistar大鼠80只，随机分为假手术组（n=12）和模型组（n=68）。采用二肾一夹法复制肾性高血压大鼠模型。取造模成功的大鼠随机分为五组：模型组，优化复方CK高、中、低剂量组，卡托普利组，后4组灌胃给予相应的药物，模型组和假手术组灌服蒸馏水，每日1次，连续灌胃8周。根据体重随时调整给药量。观察药物对模型动物收缩压及血浆肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ和一氧化氮含量的影响。给药8周后，与模型组相比，优化复方CK高、中剂量组能显著地（P〈0．01）降低模型动物收缩压、血浆肾素活性和血管紧张素Ⅱ含量，升高血浆一氧化氮含量。由此可知优化复方CK有降压作用，其作用可能与降低血浆肾素活性和血管紧张素Ⅱ含量、促进血液中的一氧化氮合成与释放有关。
