| 摘 要： | 为阐明野西瓜的活性成分,为开发利用药效成分提供科学依据,对其果实进行了较系统的化学成分研究.方法:采用溶剂萃取和柱色谱方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据鉴定化合物结构.结果:从野西瓜果实乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物:胡萝卜苷(I),邻羟基苯甲酸(II),芦丁(III),蔗糖(IV),没食子酸(V),山奈酚(VI),异鼠李素(VII).结论:化合物(II)、(III)、(V)、(VII)均为首次从该植物中获得.
