| 摘 要： | 本实验证明:硝苯砒啶对前胃肌电发生有激动作用,可增加前胃的电活动。网胃、瘤胃,辨胃均表现峰电簇频率增高,这与文献中报道硝苯砒啶对人消化道调节作用表现为抑制效应的结果有明显区别。本研究结果提示:硝苯砒啶可考虑作为治疗前胃疾病的备选药物。其对反刍动物前胃作用机制与其对人心血管相似。

| Abstract: | This experiment Prove that Nifedipine can stimulate forestimachs electromyogram, increase f orestomachs electric activity. Rumen, reticulum and omaum show increase in the frequency of spike and wave complex. This result obviously differ in inhibitory effect of human digestive tract in document. The study Point out that Nifedipine may be pharmacy to cure diseases of f orestomachs, its effect to forestomachs of ruminant is similar to human cardiotachometer system. |
