摘    要:本文采用MTT法检测不同光果甘草样品的水提物及总黄酮对人乳腺癌BCAP细胞的增殖抑制效应,旨在探明光果甘草抗肿瘤活性成分的最佳的采收时期。研究结果表明光果甘草样品的水提物及总黄酮对人乳腺癌BCAP细胞均具有良好的增殖抑制作用,但以总黄酮的效果更佳;药效最佳的部位为主根和水平根,最佳种植年限为3年。

Abstract:The anti-proliferation effects of samples excluding Glycyrrhiza glabra on BCAP cell were measured by MTF assay to make sure the optimal collecting time for anti-cancer activity of Glycyrrhiza glabra. The results showed that both the water exclusion and flavonoids of Glycyrrhiza glabra could suppress the proliferation of BCAP cells significantly, and the suppression effect of flavonoids was much better, and the optimal medicinal material of Glycyrrhiza glabra as taproot and horizon rhizome. And the optimal herb age was three years old.
