摘    要:利用mRNA差异显示技术(DD-PCR),比较绵羊肩、腹、腿三部位皮肤中mRNA的差异表达,共获得差异表达的cDNA片段16条,其中肩部、腹部与腿部之间的差异较大;对所有16条差异片段进行测序并在GENBANK中进行检索,未发现有同源序列.提示16条cDNA片段可能为未发现的基因片段,也可能存在假阳性片段.

Abstract:mRNA expression in different parts of sheep skin(shoulder,abdomen and midleg)were compared by mRNA differential display technique.16 differential cDNA fragments were obtained.Among them,differences between shoulder and mid-leg were maximum.Then their sequences were determined and blasted in GENBANK,but homologous sequences were not detected.So 16 cDNA fragments may be sequences,but had been not found or some of them might be false positive fragments.The results lay basisfor studies on genes associated with wool traits and functions of these genes.
