| 摘 要： | 为了寻找高效节能的提取纯化槲皮素的方法，采用碱溶酸沉法提取芦丁，再进行酸水解得到槲皮素，经理化方法、薄层层析方法进行鉴定、HPLC进行测定含量。通过实验对从槐米中提取芦丁的工艺进行了研究，得到了较佳的提取工艺条件，所得槲皮素的纯度达到95％以上。由此可知：碱溶酸沉法提取芦丁，再酸水解得到槲皮素的方法可得到高纯度的槲皮素。

| Abstract: | To select effective method of prepared quercetin.The extracting technology of Rutin Extraction from flower Bud Scholartree was researched.technology was obtained.The method of extracting rutin is that dissolving in alkali Liquid and sinking in sour Liquid,hydrolyzing in sour Liquid and getting quercetin simultaneously.the production were identified by Physics chemistry method and UV,and wes determined by HPLC.Results is that the content of prepared quercetin was more than 95%.Conclusion:high pure quercetin can be produced by using this method. |
