摘    要:研究了乙二胺改性聚乳酸(EMPLA)的合成工艺及其亲水性能。以乳酸、马来酸酐和乙二胺为原料,合成了EMPLA,并对其工艺参数进行了优化;对聚乳酸(PLA)、马来酸酐改性聚乳酸(MPLA)、EMPLA进行了性能测试和结构表征,测定了吸湿率以研究其亲水性能力。优化的反应工艺为:在10℃反应2h、乙二胺过量20%时产率及产物纯度最高。通过酸酐间接引入亲水性的活性伯胺基团,EMPLA的平衡吸湿率比聚乳酸提高了31%。

Abstract:The synthesis process of ethylenediamine modified poly (lactic acid) (EMPLA) and its hydrophilic properties were studied. EMPLA was synthesized by using lactic acid, maleic anhydride and ethylenediamine as raw materials, and process parameters was optimized. The performance and structure of Poly ( lactic Acid) ( PLA), maleic anhydride graft PLA (MPLA) and EMPLA were tested and characterized. The hydrophilic properties was tested through the moisture absorption rate. the optimal reaction condition was at 20% of excessive ethylenediamine,at 10℃ for 120 min. By introducing anhydride and active hydrophilic amino group indirectly, the equilibrium moisture of EMPLA increased 32 % compared with pure PLA.
