新疆棉花枯萎病菌7号生理小种的AFLP分析

摘    要:采用AFLP技术对新疆棉花枯萎病菌7号生理小种的36菌株和2个标准枯萎病菌菌株进行了DNA指纹分析。结果表明:11对AFLP引物对供试菌株扩增出287条带,其中多态性带99条,占总带数的34.49%,棉花枯萎病菌7号小种的遗传距离变化在0.41~0.95间,平均为0.71,表明新疆棉花枯萎病菌的遗传多样性较高。利用NTSYS pc软件中UPGMA算法构建了新疆棉花枯萎病菌的亲缘关系树状图,聚类分析结果表明:供试菌系的AFLP指纹多态性与致病力多态性不相关,但枯萎病菌遗传多样性与病原菌的地理来源有一定的相关性。

Abstract:36 isolates from Xinjiang and 2 standard isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Vasinfectum were analyzed genetic diversity by using AFLP technology.The results showed:11 combinations of primer pair were used to amplify the genomic DNA of isolates.A total of 287 AFLP bands were obtained,and 99 of them,covering 34.49%,showed polymorphism.Genetic distance of 38 isolates based on AFLP markers ranged from 0.41 to 0.95,averaged 0.71.This showed that the genetic diversity was high among the tested isolates.When all ...
