现浇楼板温度收缩裂缝的有限元分析

摘    要:温度-收缩变形是引起现浇楼板裂缝问题的主要因素,为探讨温度收缩荷载对楼板应力状态和抗裂能力的影响规律,采用ANSYS有限元软件对某实际工程进行分析。采用钢筋混凝土单元Solid65建立框架结构单个房间模型,考虑梁、板、柱之间的相互约束和协调变形,对楼板温度及收缩变形作用采用综合温差处理,并对不同综合温差作用下的楼板建立不同荷载工况,分析楼板应力分布情况,再利用抗裂系数评价了楼板的抗裂能力。根据计算结果,提出了楼板裂缝防治的措施。

Abstract:The major factor that makes the cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab's crack is temperature-shrinkage deformation.In order to discuss the temperature and shrinkage load's influence on the stress condition and crack resistance of slab,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is adopted to analyse an actual engineering.Reinfrced concrete element Solild65 is used to build a room model of frame construction.In this model,the reciprocal bond and coordinate deformation between beam,slab and column are considered,and the comprehensive temperature difference is employed to consider the temperature and shrinkage deformations.The slab's stress distribution under different work condition of varied comprehensive temperature difference is analyzed,and the slab's crack resistance is evaluated with crack resistant coefficient.According to the calculation result,the paper puts forward the measure for the crack prevention and cure.
