| 摘 要： | 利用Northern印记技术,对绵羊不同部位皮肤mRNA差异显示结果进行分析.所选取的两条差异条带以地高辛标记,与绵羊不同部位皮肤总RNA进行杂交,结果有1条为阳性差异条带.

| Abstract: | Using the Northem blot technology, we analyses the result of the sheep different part skin mRNA difference demonstration, selects two different strip belt by Digoxin mark, carries on the hybrid with the sheep different spot skin total RNA, finally got a masculine strip belt. |
