大叶白麻的离体培养及植株再生的研究

摘    要:在附加激素的MS培养基上,培养大叶白麻消毒茎切断,诱导产生愈伤组织和丛生芽。经过继代培养,建立了大叶白麻无性繁殖系,实验结果表明:1)培养基MS+6BA1mg/L+NAA2mg/L愈伤组织诱导,MS+6BA1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L及MS+6BA2mg/L诱导外殖体产生丛生芽和继代培养,1/2+IAA0.2mg/L诱导生根效果最好。

Abstract:Ms medium supplemented with some phytohormons was used for culturing sterilized stem cutting part of poacynum hendersonil (Hook. f. ) woodson. Callus induction and clustored buds were achieved from hypocotyl and stem of poacynuim hendersonil Woodson. Clone of poacynum hendersonil (Hook. f. ) woodson was established by subculturing for more than two years. We obtained the following results from our experiments. (1)MS+6BA 1mg/L+NAA 2mg/L for callus induction, MS+6BAlmg/ L+NAA 0. 2mg/L, and MS+6BA 2mg/L for induction of clustered buds and plantlet subculture. 1/2 MS+IAA 0. 2mg/L for root induction was found to be most suitable.
