| Abstract: | This paper introduces a method of seperate big molecular weight, high purity of natural DNA from the embryo of cotton seeds. The method is simple, rapid and easy, in the meantime it can be applied to purify DNA of other plants which have polyphenol compounds, coloured and fat as well. |
