脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血性头痛48例疗效观察

目的探讨脑脊液（CSF）置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）性头痛的临床疗效,研究SAH性头痛的治疗方法。方法将我院2005年2月至2008年2月收治的SAH性头痛患者90例,随机分为CSF置换疗法组和对照组,置换组行腰穿并缓慢放出5 mL CSF,以生理盐水进行缓慢置换后加地塞米松5 mg鞘内注入,比较其疗效及头痛缓解时间等指标。结果48例经置换CSF后头痛能迅速缓解,平均为4.9 d,而对照组42例平均为14.9 d,疗效显著。结论CSF置换是缓解SAH性头痛有效治疗方法。

Clinical observation of 48 cases with headache after subarachniocl haemorrhage displaced with cerebrospinal fluid

Objective: To discuss the treating effects of headache after subarachniocl haemorrhage displaced with cerebrospinal fluid,study on therapy of headache after subarachniocl haemorrhage.Methods: 90 patients with headache after subarachniocl haemorrhage in our hospital from February 2005 to February 2008 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and treatment group which were subjected to cerebrospinal fluid(csf) displacement by lumbar puncture and intrathecal injection of dexamethasone,the effects of treatment and the period to relieve headache were compared.Results: 48 patients after cerebrospinal fluid(csf) displacement were rapidly alleviated,average were 4.9 days.average of 42 patients in the control group were 14.9 days,P<0.05.Conclusion: Cerebrospinal fluid(csf) displacement is the effective method in treatment of relieving headache after subarachniocl haemorrhage.
