奥曲肽在术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中的应用

目的探讨奥曲肽治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者96例，随机分为治疗组50例和对照组46例。治疗组在一般非手术治疗的基础上加用奥曲肽，观察胃肠减压液量、腹部症状、肛门排气时间、腹部平片改善等指标，对结果进行比较。结果治疗组胃肠减压量明显减少，肛门排气时间、腹胀消失时间、住院时间、腹部平片改善时间亦明显缩短。结论奥曲肽具有抑制消化道分泌，减轻肠壁水肿，加速炎症消退，促进肠蠕动等作用。奥曲肽治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻方法简便，临床效果好，值得推广应用。

The application of octreotide in the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Octreotide on early postoperative inflammatory ileus. Method：96 patients with early postoperative inflammatory ileus were randomly divided into the treat- ment group （n=50） and the control group （n=46）. The treatment group received the general non-surgical treatment and octreotide, the control group only received the general treatment, the indexes including the gastrointestinal decompression amount, the abdominal symptoms, the anal exhaust time and the improvement of abdominal plain film of two groups were compared. Results：Compared with the control group,the index- es of Decompression treatment group were significantly improved. Conclusion： Oetreotide could inhibit the secretion of the digestive tract, reduce the inflammation and the edema of intestinal wall, and promote enterokinesia. Treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus with Octreotide is simple, has good clinic effect, and is worth using widely.
