| 摘 要： | 在湘军的发展史上,胡林翼是一个无法回避的人物。他在扩充湘军兵员、供给饷项以及调整人际关系、网罗人才、制定战略战术上对湘军的兴盛做出了突出的贡献,其作用甚至一度远远大于曾国藩,既成为湘军的巨魁,也成为清王朝的大功臣。

| Abstract: | In Xiang army's history,Hu Linyi is a character who can't be ignored.He has made the prominent contribution prosperously to Xiang army in expanding the Xiang army soldiers,supplying military pay as well as in adjusting interpersonal relationship,inviting talented persons,making strategy tactic.His contribution even was by far bigger than Zeng Guofan,so he is Xiang army's gigantic leader,also is Qing Dynasty's big person who has rendered meritorious service. |
