| 摘 要： | 通过对有机磷抑制人乙酰胆碱酯酶（AchE）和丁酰胆碱酯酶（BuchE）以及猪和牛丁酰胆碱酪酶活性的测定，发现人乙酰胆碱酯酶和丁酸胆碱酯酶对有机磷较为敏感，结果表明，该方法既灵敏又稳定．

| Abstract: | With the fact that the organicphosphate can inhibit cholinesterases(AchE) irrevase-ly.We studied the inhibition of methy - paration ndpcin and tsumacide on human hog and cattleacetyl- and butyryl - choinesterases (AchE and BuchE). We fouhd that the human chEs wermore sensitive to mipicn than other chEs. The results showed this method were sensitive and sta-ble. |
