| 摘 要： | 目的探讨快捷简便的治疗重度产后出血的方法。方法回顾分析我院1998～2005年间采用宫颈钳钳夹宫颈术治疗产后出血量达到或超过1000m l或合并休克的15例病例临床资料。结果14例获得成功,有效率93.3%。结论应用宫颈钳钳夹宫颈术冶疗重度产后出血,具有成功率高、操练简便、手术时间短、并发征少的优点,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | objective:Severe postpartum hemorrhage is one of the main cases resulting in death.It is very important to look for a rapid and effective therapy method.Methods:Clinical data collected from august,1998 to October 2005 of 15 cases severe postpartum hemorrhage treated with cervical clamp clamping cervices were retrospectively reviewed.Results:Among 15 cases of severe postpartum hemorrhage 14 cases were rescued,The ratio of salvage was 93.3%.Conclusion:The therapy of severe postpartum hemorrhage with cervical clamp clamping cervices has advantages of high efficiency,simple manipulation and short operation time and should be extended employed. |
