| 摘 要： | 目的探讨雾化吸入硫酸镁联合超短波治疗毛细支气管炎的有效性及安全性。方法将87例毛细支气管炎患儿按入院顺序随机分为对照组和联合治疗组，对照组常规综合治疗，而联合治疗组在此基础上加用25％硫酸镁0．1mL／kg雾化吸入，2次／d，以及联合超短波治疗，观察两组的临床疗效。结果联合治疗组显效率明显高于对照组，两组差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。结论雾化吸入硫酸镁联合超短波治疗毛支气管炎是安全有效的。
