| 摘 要： | 通过对2006年国家级体育与健康高中课程骨干教师培训班61位学员进行新课程标准下教师教学行为变革影响因素的调查研究,结果显示:教龄不同、任教学校的不同、学历高低、教师的性别对教师观念、课堂教学行为、教学评价行为、教学研究行为及教师的关注等五个方面有显著性差异,体育教师教学行为的变革直接影响新课程的推进与实施。

| Abstract: | The research on the new courses and teachers' teaching actions of the 61 trainers(male: 48,female: 13) in the 2006's national sports and health senior middle school PE courses' key teachers training class shows how long they teach,different schools they are in,different ducational backgrounds and their sex make their views,teaching actions in class,actions of teaching evaluation,actions of research on teaching and teachers' concern obviously different.Changes of PE teachers' teaching actions directly effect the advance and implementation of the new courses. |
