| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冈上肌钙化的治疗方法。方法对本组23例冈上肌钙化的患者均采用醋离子导入法进行治疗。结果23例患者中显效的有16例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率91.30%。治疗后均获随访41个月（6～60个月）。结论本疗法疗效肯定,安全可靠,不具创伤性,治疗过程无任何痛苦患者容易接受,且操作简便,尤其适合基层医疗单位采用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the therapeutic methods of calcification of supraspinatus. Methods： 23 patients with calcification of supraspinatus were treated with acetic acid introduction method. The mean age of patients was 54 years old, among all cases, 13 cases were male, 10 cases were female. Results： Among all patients, 16 cases were remarkably effective, 5 effective, 2 ineffective and the total effective rate was 91.3%. All the patients were followed up from 6 months to 60 months, average 41 months. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of acetic acid introduction method on calcification of supraspinatus is valid and safe. |
