| 摘 要： | 中国的邮政视察制度有着悠久的历史。到了民国时期，邮政视察制度日渐成熟。表现在：逐步建立健全了视察机构，加强了邮务视察人员的相关立法，进而促进了中华邮政的财务管理。比起传统的邮政视察制度，是历史的进步。

| Abstract: | Postal inspection system in China has a long history.During the Republic of China(1912-1949),Chinese postal inspection system has become better and approached perfection day by day.Postal inspection institutes have been set up and gradually updated,the legislation for inspectors has been improved,the financial management of this system has been promted.The system has progressed histovically compared with the traditional one. |
