"自在"与"自为"--论中西音乐之存在方式

音乐的存在方式问题,是音乐美学研究中的首要问题,是属于音乐本体论研究范畴。然而,作为人类共同的精神产品,中乐和西乐,其存在方式卓然异趣,这很让人深思。在此,我们借黑格尔在表述“绝对理念”发展的不同阶段时常用的哲学概念“自在”与“自为”,对中乐和西乐之存在方式作一比较研究,试图从哲学上揭示中乐和西乐卓然异趣的根本。

"In Itself" and "For Itself"--On the Way of Existence of Chinese Music and Western Music

The issue of the way of existence of music is a question of the first importence in the aesthetic study of music.It belongs is the field of study of music ontolog.The way of existence of Chinese music,however,is remarkable different in taste and interest from that of western music though they are both human beings'spiritual products.This gives us much food for thought.Here,we,using"in itself" and"for itself",two philosophic concepts Hegel often used when explaining the different stages of the development of thd "absolute idea",make a comparative study of the way of existence of the Chinese music and the western music so as to,from a philosophic angle,bring to light the essence of the difference in taste and interest between the Chinese music and the western music.
