可调节巩膜瓣缝线在小梁切除术中的临床应用

目的探讨可调节巩膜瓣缝线在小梁切除术中的临床应用效果。方法将73例（92只眼）青光眼患者随机分成A、B两组,每组均46只眼。A组术中缝可调节巩膜瓣缝线,B组术中不缝可调节巩膜瓣缝线,观察术后视力、滤过泡、角膜、前房、晶体、眼底、眼压等。结果A组浅前房发生率为6.52%,随访6～24个月,眼压控制率为95.65%。B组浅前房发生率为32.61%（χ^2=9.94,p=0.002）,随访6～24个月,眼压控制率为71.74%（χ^2=9.95,P=0.002）。结论可调节巩膜瓣缝线的小梁切除术能有效降低术后浅前房的发生和提高手术成功率。

Clinical effects of adjustable sutures for scleral flap in trabeculectomy

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of adjustable sutures for scleral flap in trabeculectomy.Methods： Seventy-three glaucoma patients（92 eyes） were randomly divided into group A（experiment） and B（control）.In group A,forty-six eyes underwent trabeculectomy with adjustable sutures for sclera flap and the same amount of eyes in group B without the sutures.After trabeculectomy,vision acuity,filtration blebs,cornea,anterior chamber,intraocular pressure,and fundus of the subjects were observed.Results： Percentage of shallow anterior chamber was 6.52% and 32.61% in group A and B,respectively（χ^2=9.94,P=0.002）.Efficiency ratio of the operation was 95.65% and 32.61% after 0.5～2 years follow-up in group A and B,respectively（χ^2=9.95,P=0.002）.Conclusion： The percentage of shallow anterior chamber will be decreased and efficiency ratio of trabeculectomy will be increased by adjustable sutures for sclera flap.
