| 摘 要： | 本文针对大学生读者使用电子阅览室学习和娱乐时间很多的情况下,提出通过保障读者的身体、心理、资金和信息等需求来提高电子阅览室的服务质量,保障图书馆对大学生读者的关怀,增加读者对图书馆电子阅览室的亲近感。
