| 摘 要： | 分析了科技情报服务中“竞争”的存在，指出科技情报工作的本质就是满足用户发展及情报机构自身的竞争需要，提出了变“拉”为“推”，变“用户主动”为“信息主动”的服务方式，通过构建情报分析平台与特色数据库增强科技情报机构竞争力。
