图书馆文献资源优化配置对重点学科建设的作用

高校图书馆文献资源建设对重点学科的发展具有重要的作用。本文论述了重点学科的内涵、重点学科的层次与相互转化、重点学科文献资源建设的标准及与高校图书馆的关系。指出高校图书馆要想在重点学科文献资源建设中不被边缘化，就必须设置重点学科文献资源建设管理委员会，通过深入调研重点学科各研究方向的文献资源需求，优化配置图书馆的文献资源，以学科馆员为连接桥梁，使其文献资源得到充分地利用。

The Effect on Optimizing Distribution of Literature Resources of Library in Key Course Construction

University library is of fundamental importance to the key course construction. The connotation, the construction, mutual transformation, the standards of literature resources of key courses and mutual relation with library were discussed in this paper. It was pointed that the college library must found a management committee of literature resources of key courses in order that the college library not be in marginalization in the process of literature resource buildings of key courses. The demands of literature resources of each research orientations of key courses need to be investigated and studied profoundly. The college library should take the subject librarians as a bridge to link up the library with key courses in order that the college library become a literature resource centre of key course construction. The literature resources can be optimized and utilized fully.
