| 摘 要： | 21世纪初,中国高等教育进入大众化时期。地方高校由于教育经费不足、教师资源匮乏、生源质量下降、学科结构失调,其教育质量问题显得尤为突出。对策的实施应从树立正确的教育质量观、客观的办学定位、多渠道筹措资金、加强教学建设以及实行全面的质量管理和保障制度等方面入手,确保教育质量的稳步提高。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of the 21st century,the Chinese higher education enters the time of popularization.Due to the insufficiency of the education funds,the deficiency in the teacher resources,students' quality dropping and out-balance in the discipline structure,the problem of local college's teaching quality appears outstandingly.Setting up the correct teaching quality sight,carrying on the objective school localization,raising the funds through multi-channel,strengthening teaching construction as well as implementing comprehensive quality management and safeguard system,guarantees the teaching quality enhancement step by step. |
