| 摘 要： | 对常用细菌芽孢染色法做了系统比较,并进行改进,提出了较实用的微波芽孢染色方法,实验结果表明,该法具有节约试剂,缩短染色时间,染色效果好等优点,是适合学生实验教学的较好方法,也特别适合批量生产芽孢杆菌玻片标本的制作。

| Abstract: | Comparison and improvement of several endospore staining techniques of bacteria were evaluated in this study.The results showed that the microwave staining technique was more useful.This resulted in saving reagent and time and getting better effect.It seems that this technique is better in teaching,especially in a batch production of slide glass sample of bacillus. |
