织物差动毛细效应模型及应用

摘    要:建立了织物差动毛细效应模型,从理论上探讨了织物里外层纤维线密度与附加压力差的关系,织物里外层厚度和纤维根数与液态水毛细运输流量的关系,织物里外层厚度与液态水毛细运输速度的关系,并用实验结论作了说明,从而提出了优化织物设计的思路。

Abstract:Through setting up a differential capillary effect model of fabric, the relationship between fiber fineness of the outer and inner layer of fabric and difference of the additional attraction, thickness and number of fibers of the outer and inner layer of fabric and flow of liquid water in the capillaries of fabric, thickness of the outer and inner layer of fabric and velocity of flow of liquid water in the capillary of fabric are studied in theory and are stated by the conclusions of the experiments. At last a thought of the optimum design of fabric is presented.
