| 摘 要： | 通过对电话销售业务管理的计算机处理过程的研究,给出了系统实现的难点和系统的总体设计思想,并讨论如何设计该系统的合理、高效的数据库结构,提高应用软件的运行速度.并从计算机系统设计的角度研究了系统的可靠性设计,最后对软件测试方法进行了分析.
