| 摘 要： | 介绍了上海市河道底泥处置的现状，并对彭越浦河道底泥的化学成分、粒径分布进行了测定。介绍了利用该底泥、生活污水处理厂脱水污泥和粘结剂制备陶粒的生产工艺。测定了所制备陶粒的比表面、松散容重、空隙率等指标，同时对陶粒进行重金属浸出试验，结果表明利用该底泥制备陶粒是可行的。

| Abstract: | Situations of river sediment disposal of Shanghai and Pengyuepu River are introduced. Chemical components and particles of the Pengyuepu River are obtained. Technology of producing ceramisite with sediment of Pengyuepu River, dewatered sewage sludge and other additives is studied. Specific Surface Area, bulk density, and porosity of the ceramisite are tested and leaching test is also carried out. Result shows that producing ceramisite with sediment of Pengyuepu River is acceptable. |
