用于纺丝成网非织造布的聚合物熔体性能研究

摘    要:运用纺丝法(Rheotens)和纯拉伸法(RME)研究分析两种聚合物PPU1780F1及NX50081的熔体拉伸流动性能。从熔体拉伸时瞬时拉伸粘度与应变、应变率的关系以及温度的影响,观察聚合物熔体拉伸变化规律。实验结果表明:聚合物熔体受力、拉伸粘度随应变、应变率和温度而改变。PPU1780F1拉伸粘度高,最大应变、应变率明显高于NX50081,适用于纺丝成网非织造布。而NX50081拉伸粘度低,不宜过多拉伸,可选作为注塑模压成型制品的原料。

Abstract:The elongational flow properties of polymer melts PPU1780F1 and NX50081 are investigated by the fiber spinning method ( Rheotens) and pure extension method ( RME) . The relations between extensional viscosity and Hencky strain, strain rate and temperature are observed. The results show that the force and extensional viscosity of polymer melts change with Hencky strain, strain rate and temperature. For PPU1780F1, the extensional viscosity is higher, and maximum Hencky strain and strain rate are greatly larger than that of NX50081. So it is suitable for spunbonded nonwovens. And NX50081 has lower extensional viscosity and limited extension, so it is suitable for model processing.
