基于BPR技术的纱线张力信号去噪研究

摘    要:讨论了纱线拉伸张力信号的平滑算法。三阶平滑B-样条函数插值算法应用于低信噪比的纱线张力信号滤波取得了良好滤波效果,纱线断裂点校正(BPR)算法使被延时的纱线断裂点位置得到了校正。平滑算法使本文的试验样品纱线张力信号的信噪比(SNR)从21dB提高到45dB。平滑B-样条函数插值将离散信号转换成B-样条空间的连续信号(离散的B-样条函数系数代表的连续信号)。基于这种连续信号的计算使得张力结果更为精确。

Abstract:Smoothing algorithms for tensile signals of yarns are described. Smoothing algorithms consisting of three times smoothing B-spline interpolations and broken-point rectification (BPR) implement smooth-ing of low SNR tensile signals of yarns with satisfactory results and correct shifted broken-point of tensile signals. The smoothing algorithms raise the SNR of sample tensile signals from SNR - 21dB to the result SNR = 45dB.Smoothing B-spline interpolation transforms discrete signals into continuous B-spline space, in which discrete B-spline coefficients represent continuous signals so that correct tensile results can be calculated based on such continuous signals.
