对绢纺重油原料高效除油保胶的探讨

摘    要:采用 EA-881除油精练剂,以 NaOH 调节练前 pH 值高达11.5,一浴法20 min 可完成绢纺重油原料(重油汰头)的精练。含油率从30%左右下降到0.5%以下,残胶率保持在3%左右,比传统工艺大大节约时间和人力。该剂含有保护剂,在强碱条件下也能保护丝素不受损伤。本文对试验的工艺条件作了探讨。

Abstract:A new method has been investigated to use EA-881 oil-removing refining agent withNaOH to adjust pH value of the refining bath as high as 11.5.The one bath method canmake refining of heavy oil materials in silk system processing complete within 20 minutes.Oil content has been dropped from 30% to below 0.5%,but residual silkgum content stillkept at 3%.By using EA-881 oil-removing refining agent,we are able to save time and la-bor greatly in comparison with the traditional technique.EA-881 agent contains also a pro-tective ingredient which can protect silk against damage under strong alkaline condition.Thepaper has further studied the technical conditions of this treatment.
