行星齿轮减速器设计中主要结构尺寸的优化设计

摘    要:太阳轮的齿数、模数、厚度及行星齿轮的个数是行星齿轮减速器设计中主要的结构尺寸参数.在一定条件下以最小体积为目标,利用优化方法对行星齿轮减速器主要结构尺寸进行优化,取得了一组最优解,这样不仅可以使减速器体积减小,还可以使减速器重量减轻、材料节省和成本降低,对减速器设计十分有益.

Abstract:The number of teeth, modulus and ply of sun gear and the number of planet gear are the parameter of the main scantling of structure in design of planet gear reducer. An optimal solution is gained by the target of least measurement using a optimization method to optimize the main scantling of structure of planet gear reducer under a certain condition. It is able to cut down the measurement of reducer. And more, it is able to lighten the weight of reducer, save on material and debase on cost, which are all much helpful for the design of reducer
