摘    要:现代市场竞争是供应链与供应链之间的竞争,提出供需研究是以顾客需求为中心的供应链管理的最重要,最基本的内容,分析了供需双方在非合作条件下的批量模型以及其成本,建立了供需双方合作博弈下的批量模型,分析了利益分配问题,从而使供应链得到优化,供需双方达到双赢的目的,运用模型进行了案例进行,最终得出结论,纯粉的JIT供需方案并非最优,最优策略在于供需双方进行合作博弈,共享合作带有的利益。

Abstract:The competition in today's marketplace is mainly the competition between different supply chains. This paper points out that research on the relationship of vender-purchaser is the most important and basic part in customer-centered supply chain management. It analyses the model in which vender and purchaser do not cooperate. An optimal lot size model of co-operative game is presented to optimize the supply chain, and to reach a win-win relationship between vender and purchaser. Finally, a case is analyzed. A conclusion is drawn from the analysis that the pure JIT strategy is not the optimal one, and the best strategy lies in the co-operative game and sharing benefits between partners.
