金刚石滚轮修整机理

摘    要:金刚石滚轮修整,是修整砂轮中的一项新技术.在我国,它的应用范围正在逐步扩大.本文分析了金刚石滚轮修整的机理,导出了砂轮表面理论粗糙度的公式,可用以指导生产实践.本文用国产金刚石滚轮,试验了修整参数、砂轮硬度和粒度对工件表面轮廓平均算术偏差的影响,提供的数据,可供用户参考.

Abstract:The rotary dressing of grinding wheels is thought of as a new technique in grinding wheel dressing, the use of which is gradually expanding recent years in China. Authors of this paper have analysed the mechanism of dressing with diamond rollers, derived a formula of theoretical surface roughness of grinding wheels and tested, at the same time, the parameters of rotary dressing, hardness and size of grains of grinding wheels so as to know if there's any influence upon surface roughness of work pieces. The data tested with diamond dressing rollers made by Suzhou Grinding Wheel Works can be used as reference to users.
