裤装膝部压力的影响因素

选用8种裤装面料,制成合体和贴体两种裤子.通过压力测试及数据分析,得出影响裤装膝部压力的主要因素有面料特性、裤装合体程度、人体运动状态.织物的纤维弹性越好,裤装膝部所受到的压力越小;棉织物,因其组成纤维强度较小,面料的弹性越小,越容易变形,裤装膝部受到的压力越小;涤纶等化纤织物,因其组成纤维强度较大、不易变形,面料的弹性越大,裤装膝部所受到的压力越小;面料的厚度越小,裤装膝部所受到的压力越小,裤装也越容易产生变形;裤装的贴体程度越高,裤装膝部受到的压力越大.研究结果为服装企业的裤装设计和生产、消费者裤装选购提供参考.

The Effect Factors of Trousers' Pressure on the Knee

Eight kinds of trousers’ materials are chosen to make two types of trousers fit and tight.Through stress testing and data analysis,the main factors affecting the pressure of trousers on the knee,including material characteristic,trousers’ fitness,and human movement state are attained.The more flexible a trousers’ material is,the lower pressure of trousers on the knee.If the cotton material is less flexible,the trousers are more prone to deform and the pressure of trousers on the knee is lower,because of its non-strong component fiber.If the synthetic fabric like polyester is more flexible,the pressure of trousers on the knee is lower,because of its strong and uneasily-deformed component fiber.If a material is thinner,the trousers are more prone to deform and the pressure of trousers on the knee is lower.The tighter the trousers are,the higher the pressure of trousers on the knee.The research results provide reference for design and production of trousers garment enterprises,and also it is helpful to the consumers for choosing their fit trousers.
