| 摘 要： | 熟练率是影响多品种小批量服装生产计划正确制定的重要参数。本文通过对熟练曲线的测定,分析了服装生产熟练率的特性以及利用熟练曲线核算多品种小批量生产时间的方法,由于小批量生产的起步损失大,因此在满足交货限期的条件下,一个品种的订货批量应尽量安排在一条流水线上生产。

| Abstract: | The skilled ratio is the important parameter that affects the precise planning of diversified small-lot production. By means of measuring skilled curve, the paper analyzes the characteristics of skilled ratio of clothing production and presents the methods of utilizing the skilled curve to amount production time of one order. Because the set-up cost of small lot production is very high, the order size of a style should be arranged in one production line, if the delivery is satisfied. |
