复合材料用3D角联锁结构预制件的结构设计及新型织造技术

摘    要:针对三维纺织复合材料常用的预制件结构--角联锁结构,首先从设计理论上进行了分类并提出了正则角联锁与变则角联锁的概念;其次提出了一种新型织造法--多层多梭口织造法;最后,导出了设计参数之间的关系式,并介绍了正则角联锁结构的构图方法与步骤.多层多梭口织造法很适合于正则角联锁结构的织造,不仅可以成倍地提高生产效率,而且对经纱的损伤大大降低.

Abstract:The paper investigates angle-interlock preforms which are utilized widely in 3D textile composites. First, it classifies angle-interlock preforms according to design principle, and presents a new concept of regular angle-interlock and irregular angle-interlock; second, it introduces a new weaving technique-multi-layers and multi-sheds; last, it educes the relationship of design parameters, and describes the way and steps of constructing a vertical-section of regular angle-interlock structure. The weaving efficiency of multi-layers and multi-sheds weaving method could be much higher and weaving friction to warp could be much lower than before.
