医用可吸收氧化纤维素及其氧化体系研究进展

摘    要:氧化纤维素是纤维素衍生物的一种,它可被用作医用可吸收止血纱布,既能止血,又能被身体吸收。纤维素氧化过程伴随着降解,用于医用可吸收止血纱布的氧化纤维素需满足下列两个基本指标:羧基含量为16%~24%,聚合度为200~500,故而一般的氧化剂不满足要求,需选用能选择性氧化C_6位伯羟基的氧化剂。这里对医用可吸收氧化纤维素止血纱布及其氧化体系的研制进展进行了综述。

Abstract:Oxidized cellulose is one of cellulose derivatives, which can be used as a kind of Surgical hemostat for its function of thrombin agent and absorption by human body. During the oxidation process, degradation occurs. The oxidized cellulose for Surgical end use must meet two basic characters: Carboxylic content (w/w) between 16% and 24% and Degree of Polymerization(DP) between 200 ~ 500. So the selective oxidant for the C_6 primary alcohol group is needed, not general oxidants. In this paper, development of study on the surgical hemostat and its oxidation systems is reviewed.
