| 摘 要： | 超精加工工艺能有效地降低零件表面粗糙度,但其能否提高零件表层的显微硬度和改善表面的残余应力,仍是课题试验研究的重点。通过试验,证实了经超精加工后的表面质量有所提高,相应也增加了零件的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The superfinishing technique can effectively reduce the surface roughness of the pieces, However, one of the aims of the article lies in studying whether superfinishing can increase the surface microstructural hardness or improve the surface residual stress. Through experimentation and test, the surface quality of the machined pieces raised, while the service life of the pieces prolonged. |
