摘    要:如何将相变材料与纺织材料有效复合是应用的关键技术。针对复合后纤维中相变材料含量较低的不足,这里采用真空方法将多元醇固—固相变材料填充涤纶中空纤维,提出了衡量纤维填充效果的指标——填充率,并分析了各实验参数对填充效果的影响。计算结果表明纤维相变材料质量分数约为24%。

Abstract:How to combine phase change materials (PCMs) with textiles effectively is the key technology that PCMs are applied to textiles. Based on the disadvantage of low content of PCMs in fibers, this article adopts the process of filling hollow fibers with polyalcohol solid-solid PCMs by vacuum, brings forward the concept of tilling ratio to evaluate the effects of filling, and analyzes the effects of different parameters on filling process. The content of PCMs in fibers is as much as 24wt% or so.
