纳米导电粉体CuI的制备及其结构性能研究

摘    要:在非水溶剂中以CuSO4和KI为反应试剂制备了纳米导电粉体,采用正交试验设计方法,结合产物的SEM分析,研究了反应温度、反应试剂浓度、滴加速度、搅拌速度、表面处理剂种类及其含量等因素对纳米CuI结晶形态及粒径的影响,得出了合成球形纳米级CuI的优化条件。另外,通过与市售产品对比,分析了产物的结晶性能和导电性能。

Abstract:By using CuSO_4 and KI as reagents in non-aqueous solvent, the effects of temperature, concentrations of reagent, velocity of dropping and churning, the species of the surface agents and its mass ratio to CuI produced during the experiment on the nanometer CuI particle size and morphology were investigated via orthogonal experiment and SEM analysis, resulting in the optimum processing conditions for synthesis of the sphere nanometer CuI. In addition, the performances of the synthesized CuI were studied and compared with the commercial CuI.
