| 摘 要： | 本文在正交试验法设计的实验基础上,对影响喷水室热湿交换的诸因素进行了分析和研究。结果表明,空气流速 V、水气比μ、和喷水初温等是影响喷水室热湿交换的主要因素;空气流速V 和诸因素的交互作用对喷水室热湿交换有着显著影响;对不同风速范围内,喷排布置的间距取值提出了建议。这些结论对新型喷水室设计及旧喷水室改造具有实用价值.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the factors affecting heat and mass transfer in air washer arc analysed andresearched by orthoganal experiment method.As results,air velocity,water-air ratio and ini-tial water temperature are significant,especially mutual actions between air velocity and otherfactors.Intervals of spray bank arrangement at different air velocity are suggested.Thesepractical values are useful in new style air washer designing and old ones' reconstruction. |
