电子送经织轴驱动系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了采用步进电机为送经电机的织轴驱动系统的设计方法,包括送经电机的选取、步进电机驱动器的设计和织轴驱动系统机械传动的参数计算。这里得出步进电机是织机送经机构理想的驱动元件,如果采用高电压斩波限流驱动电路,步进电机具有输出力矩大、高频特性好、功率消耗低的特点,足以满足织轴驱动的工艺要求。

Abstract:This paper introduced the design of driving system for warp beam in which a step-motor worked as the let-off motor.The choose of the let-off motor,the design of step-motor's driver and the caculating method for parameters of the driving mechanism were analyzed.It is concluded that step-motor is the ideal element for the loom's let-off device.Equiped with the high-voltage circuit with cutting-wave and confining-current,the step-motor has high performance of big power,high frequency and low power consumption,and can satisfy the technics of driving warp beam perfectly.
