齿廓的切成原理

摘    要:展成原理是齿轮学中的基本原理。然而,在齿廓研究中,单有展成原理还解决不了问题,有必要按照滚刀切制时实际的切成情况来探讨齿廓的切成原理。本文建立了切成的齿廓曲线方程式,分析了切成原理与展成原理之间的联系与区别。最后,以一个直线齿廓齿轮为例,阐明了切成用滚刀的齿形设计。

Abstract:Gear bobbing is universal in application. In most instances, gear hobbing is a generaing process. Gear generation is a cardinal principle of gearing, it is also the basis of the tsubject of gears. The unusual feature of the generating bobbing process is that the form on the hob is not reproduced on the work. This is advantageous to involute gears. Conversely, it put straight tooth profile at a great disadvantage. In fact, the hob is basically a worm which has been fluted and the form-relieved teeth, it's not so much generation as incision. Therefore, there's need to study incision theory of gear-tooth profile. In this paper, the equation of tooth profile of the incised bobbing process is derived. The relations between incision and generation are analysed, with example given for making incised hob design.
