基于单纤维断裂值分布特征的高性能纤维弱节的表征

摘    要:纤维弱节是影响纤维性能和质量的决定性因素,虽弱节的理论和测量方法已有报道,但弱节的表征仍存在困难。本文并以PBO纤维和Nomex纤维为例,采用拉伸试验和形态观察相结合的方法,对纤堆的强力、应力、伸长率和断裂比功分布进行了讨论,得到了纤维的弱节率。这对纤维弱节形式的认识和纤维性能的改进具有参考价值。

Abstract:Fibre weak-link is one of the most important flaws affected on the processing and end-use performance of fibres. The theory about fibre weak-links had been put forward early, but it is still difficult to characterize fibre weak-links. In this paper, the weak-link ratio of PBO and Nomex fibres has been measured and discussed by the complex method of fibre tensile test and morphological observation in situ according to the value and its distribution of fibre strength, stress, strain and specific work, thus the weak-link probability can be determined.
