摘    要:面向制造的设计(DFM)的应用扩大了传统设计活动的范围,即在设计阶段就识别和消除制造过程中可能出现的问题。然而,制造过程中包含许多不同类型的活动,且每一类型的活动都有各自的特点和要求,通常一种设计可能对一种制造环节是可行的,但对另一种却不合适,这里提出了一个CAD/DFM多评价子系统集在民的体系结构,在给出的系统框架中,当设计师设计一个产品时,有一组基于各个不同的制造环节(如机加工、装配、测量等等)的评价系统来分析其可制造性并给出改进设计的方法和建议,通过集成模型解决来自不同评价系统的冲突,给设计师提供了一个综合要求的信息反馈。

Abstract:The application of design for manufacture expands the area of traditional design activities, that is, it can recognize and eliminate the problem that may occur in manufacture process. However, manufacture process includes many different kinds of activities and each has its own character. One design may fit for one manufacture activity but not fit for another. A system that can integrate DFM and CAD is proposed. In the given frame, when a designer begins his design, a group of evaluation systems, which based on different manufacture area (such as machining, assemble, measure and so on), can analyze the manufacture ability and give the suggestion to improve the design. An integrated model can solve the conflict between different evaluation systems and provide a coherent feedback to designer.
