| 摘 要： | 对冲压工艺进行拟NURBS曲线建模,将冲压工艺曲线不同阶段的位移、速度要求转化为权因子的约束条件,建立以权因子为变量的不等式组,找出满足工艺要求的权因子范围.通过选取合适的目标函数来对权因子进行求解,从而找到一条最优的工艺曲线,使该曲线满足给定工艺的位移、速度要求.最后进行算例分析,绘制满足工艺要求的位移、速度、加速度曲线.

| Abstract: | Stamping process curve model is made with pseudo NURBS curve.The displacement and velocity demands of stamping process curve are used in the restrains of weights,and then inequalities are established by weights variables to identify the scope of the weights to meet the stamping process requirements.A suitable target function is chosen to work out weights,and using the group of weights an optimized curve which can meet the demands of the displacement and velocity in stamping process will be got.An example is utilized for analysis to get the displacement,velocity,and acceleration curve that meet the process curve demands. |
